We are definitely the ones that feel fortunate! Until about five minutes before we walked into your office, we hadn't even considered getting a new build. You led us through the process and answered all of our questions; you helped us out so much writing up our offer too, the customizations that you suggested made a great home amazing. We've been busy unpacking and getting everything set up since last Friday and even though we're even more sleep deprived than most couples with a two-month old and a toddler, we're having such a great time getting to know the house!
